We’re taking over Eli’s rooftop for a one-night-only feast, blending Italian tradition with a little theater, a lot of flavor, and our signature Midnight Pasta hospitality.
What to expect in this hands-on experience:
An Exciting Welcome brought to you by Bluecoat Gin – Begin the evening with a complimentary and delicious cocktail built by the spectacular Taylor Rand and made with our favorite local product: Bluecoat Gin.
Pasta-Making Magic – Watch Natalia roll, shape, and share her pasta secrets during an engaging live demo. (Yes, there will be flour flying and stories told!)
A Feast to Remember – Sit down to a family-style dinner prepared by Natalia and chef Chelsea Krier of Midnight Pasta. Expect exciting pasta dishes, warm focaccia, fresh salad, seasonal vegetables, and indulgent desserts.
Sip As You Go- We will provide a welcome cocktail and our house made Limoncello, the rest is up to you with a BYOB evening. Bring whatever you like to enjoy for the night under the stars!
Please dress appropriately- Our evening will be outside, please bring appropriate clothing for the weather.
