Natalia Lepore Hagan

Midnight Pasta is the creation of Natalia Lepore Hagan, a Philadelphia-based chef, storyteller, and lifelong pasta lover. Inspired by the late-night kitchen traditions of her Italian-American grandfather, Natalia built Midnight Pasta on the belief that food made with care, by hand, has a unique power to bring people together.

Trained at the prestigious Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and seasoned in some of New York’s finest Italian kitchens, Natalia blends classical technique with the warmth and spontaneity of family-style cooking. Her background in the performing arts shines through every gathering, creating pasta-making experiences that are lively, welcoming, and filled with a genuine sense of community.

Turning pasta-making into the best party in town

Midnight Pasta started as a few late-night pasta parties with friends and quickly grew into one of Philly’s most beloved traditions. Today, Natalia hosts hands-on pasta-making classes at her bright, welcoming studio, where guests of all skill levels come together to roll, shape, and savor the simple magic of fresh pasta. From the first crack of an egg to the final twirl of silky fettuccine, every class feels more like a gathering than a lesson — a celebration of creativity, connection, and slowing down for what really matters. There's an easy energy in the room, a good playlist humming in the background, and plenty of laughter as guests get their hands messy. At Midnight Pasta, it’s not just about making a meal — it’s about making memories you’ll want to savor long after the plates are cleared.

At Midnight Pasta, there are no rigid rules or intimidating techniques — just good ingredients, good people, and a love for the small, joyful rituals that food naturally creates. Each class is part hands-on workshop, part lively dinner party — full of laughter, music, and a little bit of magic. You’ll roll up your sleeves, get a little messy, and create something truly delicious from scratch. Guests leave not just with fresh, handmade pasta, but with unforgettable memories: a night full of connection, celebration, and the kind of joy that only happens when great food and great company come together. Come hungry, come curious — and get ready for a pasta party you won't forget.
