An Evening of Pasta, Music, and Magic

Join Di Bruno Bros. and Midnight Pasta by Natalia for an unforgettable dinner party with Natalia Lepore Hagan — pasta chef, touring Broadway actress, and founder of Philadelphia’s most joyful pasta experience.

We’re taking over Di Bruno Bros. Rittenhouse Alimentari for a one-night-only feast, blending Italian tradition with a little theater, a lot of flavor, and our signature Midnight Pasta hospitality.

What to expect in this hands-on experience:

  • A Sparkling Welcome – Begin the evening with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a curated spread of Di Bruno Bros. charcuterie.

  • Pasta-Making Magic – Watch Natalia roll, shape, and share her pasta secrets during an engaging live demo. (Yes, there will be flour flying and stories told!)

  • A Feast to Remember – Sit down to a family-style dinner prepared by Natalia and chef Chelsea Krier of Midnight Pasta. Expect exciting pasta dishes, warm focaccia, fresh salad, seasonal vegetables, and indulgent desserts from Di Bruno Bros.

  • Sip As You Go – Your first glass of Prosecco is on us; a cash bar will be open for additional beverages all night long.

A few reminders:

  • This experience is designed for adults 18+ - be on the lookout for a family friendly event in the future.

  • Pasta made with flour is the focus, so unfortunately there are no gluten free options. Vegetarian option available upon request with 1 week's notice.

  • Budget two hours for the experience and please be considerate to others by arriving promptly on time.

  • This event includes a complimentary welcome beverage but anything else would be BYOB.

  • Disposable aprons will be provided.

  • Door open 15 minutes prior to start time.

BLDG39 Directions: BLDG39 at the Arsenal is located minutes from Center City Philadelphia at 5401 Tacony Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137. There is plenty of free parking available.
