Fiorella Pasta x Midnight Pasta: One Night Collaboration Supper
Saturday, July 25th | 7 PM
For one night only, Midnight Pasta welcomes Matt Rodrigue from Fiorella Pasta Bar into our kitchen for a special collaboration dinner. Fiorella, a contemporary South Philly insitution led by Marc Vetri’s team, is known for its hand-crafted pastas, tight, ever-changing menu, and some of the best bowls of pasta in the city.
You’ll enjoy the familiar Midnight Pasta class format — rolling up your sleeves, learning pasta techniques, and sitting down to a five course, family-style meal—paired with a menu Matt and Natalia will create just for this night. Expect Fiorella’s soulful, market-driven approach to shine through in each course, with dishes you won’t see on any other Midnight Pasta menu.
From your first hands-on moments at the table to the last bite of dessert, this collaboration is designed to feel like a tiny Italian Market pasta bar dropped into BLDG39 for one evening only. Seats are limited, and once this menu is gone, it’s truly gone—reserve your spot to experience Fiorella’s flavors in a Midnight Pasta setting.
What to Expect
Cocktail Hour
We’ll begin with a welcome cocktail featuring Bluecoat Gin, crafted by Midnight Pasta, alongside seasonal snacks designed by Midnight Pasta and Fiorella. Mingle, sip, explore the space, and ease into the evening.
Pasta-Making Class
You’ll gather around as Natalia and Matt lead a pasta demonstration of two classic pasta shapes, while guests knead and shape their own pasta to be served at dinner.
The Feast
Guests will be seated family-style for a five-course meal created by Matt and Natalia. Expect innovative, seasonal dishes — your handmade pasta at the center, surrounded by vibrant sides and thoughtful details. The menu will feel playful but refined. Comforting but elevated.
Dress like you’re going somewhere special but want to be comfortable settling in for the night. Come hungry. Leave glowing.
This event is BYOB for anything you’d like after your welcome drink
Please note that dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated for this event.
