A Spring Supper with Fiore
Friday, May 15th | 6 PM
An evening where two of Philly’s favorite pasta-obsessed kitchens meet at one table.
We’re teaming up with Ed and Justine of Fiore for a one-night-only spring supper that brings together everything we both love: handmade pasta, thoughtful baking, bright seasonal flavors, and a room that feels like your favorite neighborhood dining room turned up just a little louder. This isn’t just a class and it’s not just a tasting—it’s a full experience built around good bread, beautiful pasta, and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to linger.
Expect a night that feels intimate, warm, and just a little bit indulgent. Midnight Pasta with teach a hands-on pasta class and Fiore will prepare the meal, folding their heritages and family recipes into a menu that’s playful, comforting, and quietly overachieving. You’ll arrive to an abundant spread, settle in at a shared table, and let the courses (and conversation) unfold.
What to Expect
Cocktail Hour
We’ll begin with a welcome cocktail featuring Bluecoat Gin, crafted by Midnight Pasta, alongside seasonal snacks designed by Midnight Pasta and Fiore. Mingle, sip, explore the space, and ease into the evening.
Pasta-Making Class
You’ll gather around as Natalia leads a pasta demonstration of two classic pasta shapes, while guests knead and shape their own pasta to be served at dinner.
The Feast
Guests will be seated family-style for a five-course meal created by Ed and Justine of Fiore. Expect innovative, seasonal dishes — your handmade pasta at the center, surrounded by vibrant sides and thoughtful details. The menu will feel playful but refined. Comforting but elevated.
Dress like you’re going somewhere special but want to be comfortable settling in for the night. Come hungry. Leave glowing.
This event is BYOB for anything you’d like after your welcome drink
